Cancellation Before Shipment
(Applicable only for orders placed and delivered within India)
If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team:

Once the cancellation request is received and approved, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours.
Refund Process
Orders Cancelled Before Shipment
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.
Online Payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order. The refund is generally processed within 4–5 business days and may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are applicable only in cases where the product received is:

Damaged

Defective
-
Expired
-
Incorrectly delivered
Once the product is returned, received, and verified by our quality team, the refund will be processed via bank transfer using the bank details provided by the customer.
The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after successful verification. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's bank account.
Non-Refundable Cases
Prepaid RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If a prepaid order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

Refusal to accept the delivery

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

Failure to respond to courier communications

Failure to collect the shipment
The order shall not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges, handling charges, payment gateway charges, and other operational costs incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial Payment / Advance Payment RTO Orders
For orders placed under partial payment or advance payment schemes, if the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order shall be strictly non-refundable.
The advance amount is collected to cover shipping, packaging, handling, payment processing, and operational expenses incurred in processing the order.
COD Order Refusal
Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) and subsequently refused by the customer at the time of delivery may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at the sole discretion of Elysiann Glorry.
Refund Approval
All refunds are subject to product receipt, inspection, and approval by Elysiann Glorry. The company reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
Policy Updates
Elysiann Glorry reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
WHAT IF I USED DISCOUNT VOUCHERS DURING TIME OF PAYMENT AND I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
